Breyton

Design stands for functionality, elegance and individuality for more than 20 years. Product development for BMW vehicles has the distinction of competent engeneering in all manufacturing levels. From the start of development Breyton Design uses new technologies like FEM calculation for structural analysis of used material and for assessment of strenghts to create new products.

Today Breyton Design GmbH as a tuning company today has the biggest assortment of wheel designs and dimensions of all BMW tuners. The key to success is based on the high quality requirements Breyton has for both itself and its suppliers. International success followed, new trading areas are added to the existing markets in the USA and Japan. Over 20 importers are now trading Breyton products around the world.


1982
For the firm owner of Breyton Design GmbH, Edmund Breyton, autotechnic and autodesign are his dearest hobbies during his IT study. Two years after he had finished his IT study he founds the engineering office EBS in Stockach. Initially, the field of activity of this young company is development orders and design studies for several tuning companies and automobile manufacturers, especially AMG and BMW.

1985
Due to the enormous increase of the branch Edmund Breyton had the possibility to establish a sales program on the market and in 1985 he released the first Breyton design line for aerodynamic parts.

1987

In the beginning of 1987, the development and production of alloy wheels began. In a response to strong demand for engine tuning the development of tuning kits followed soon after.

1986

Due to this fast development at the same time more space was required. The renamed company, Breyton Design GmbH, moved to a new 6000 sqm in Stockach.

1992

Aerodynamic parts, alloy wheels and engine tuning were offered for all current BMW models.

2000

57 % of a swiss engine foundery was taken over, today it is called Breyton Swiss. The result of this cooperation was a leading role in the development of engine tuning and supercharger technology. At this time Breyton realised the fastest 3 BMW of the world with 528 horspeower.

The enormous increase of demand for quality, high-class and exclusive alloy wheels resulted in an intense orientation on the development of BMW wheels.
